Yes. Raseedak is built offline-first. You can create invoices, edit customers, load van stock, and view all your data with zero internet. Everything stores locally on your phone and syncs automatically the next time you have a signal. You can stay offline for up to 7 days before the app gently nudges you to reconnect.

Yes — anytime from your account settings or from the App Store / Play Store. You keep full access until the end of your billing cycle, then the app downgrades to read-only. Your data stays exactly where it is.

Your data is yours. You can export your invoices, customers, and products at any time. If you cancel, the account becomes read-only so you can still view and export, but you won't be able to create new entries until you resubscribe.

Not yet — the Pro plan is for one salesman, one device. We're building a Team Tier for distributors with multiple field reps. You can join the waitlist on the pricing page.

For now, add customers one by one as you visit them — most salesmen pick the app up that way. CSV import is on our roadmap. If you have a large existing list, contact us and we'll import it for you for free.

Everything synced is also in our secure cloud (Supabase, in EU region). Install Raseedak on a new phone, log in, and your data is back in seconds. Anything created offline since the last sync stays only on the lost device — that's a good reason to sync at least once a day when you can.
