Terms of Service

By installing or using Raseedak, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English so we can both understand them.

1. The service

Raseedak is a mobile app for sales management. We provide the software and the sync infrastructure. You provide the business data.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@raseedak.app if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• New users get a 14-day free trial of the full Pro plan. No credit card required.
• After the trial, the app becomes read-only unless you subscribe. Read-only means you can still view and export your data, but cannot create new entries.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Apple and Google handle refund requests on their platforms.

4. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We back it up and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies if your business requires it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Raseedak for anything illegal, don't try to break into other people's accounts, and don't try to reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee 100%. The app is offline-first specifically so that outages and bad connections don't stop you from working. If our sync servers are unreachable, the app still does its job locally.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Raseedak is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Beirut.
